At Boutique Jacques International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags, hangers, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
